"I paint the kind of people whose appearance catches my eye and places that look magical to me. With blurry little photographs for reference, rich colors and a velvety texture, my oil paintings have a warm, inviting atmosphere, whether of convivial bar scenes or a lone caravan glowing in the night.
San Francisco provides the perfect material for most of my paintings, with its Victorian architecture, charming establishments, belly dancers, and little dogs."
